Each partnership is rooted in authenticity, compassion, and proven approaches that focus on maximizing your well-being day-to-day and providing you with the tools for a lifetime of wellness.

The majority of my clients who live with chronic health conditions and autoimmune diseases. I meet you wherever you are along your wellness journey and develop a customized plan to fit your lifestyle and work toward your goals.

Because each journey is unique, these plans are never scripted or out-of-the-box. Our bodies don’t come with a user’s manual! You know yourself best, and it’s important to listen to what your body and mind will tell you along the way. Together, we will discover what choices and changes will help you live optimally, reducing and minimizing the symptoms of imbalance.

I offer complimentary consultations to discuss your goals and the potential of our partnership. This 30-40 minute conversation (by phone or in person) will begin to assess your health as well as current and past sources of imbalances to get to the source of what is needed to help you reach optimal wellness and your specific goals.

You will discover what you need to elevate your health and experience vitality today, as well as how a health coach can help you create an environment that fosters success.

 
Initial wellness coaching assessment

What it is: Two, 50-minute coaching sessions. Pricing and greater details about how this is customized to YOU will be shared on our consultation call.

What to expect: The first session will guide you through clarifying your goals, uncovering what’s in the way of success, and taking the action steps needed to begin seeing results. The second session offers a chance to evaluate successes, provide recommended changes where needed, and focus on clear steps for continuing forward.

What the outcomes are: These coaching sessions will create a customized foundation for creating the vision of your path toward greater health.

If, after these two sessions, you choose to move into the 90 Day Jumpstart or Platinum 6-month Program, you will be credited towards either of those programs.

90 day jumpstart coaching sessions

What it is: Six 45-minute coaching sessions throughout the program. Pricing and greater details about how this is customized to YOU will be shared on our consultation call.

What to expect: You will receive the guidance, coaching and support from me during the 90 days to ensure success. Together we will examine areas of your life that are positively contributing to your wellness journey, as well as areas that you’d like to cultivate or experience more fully. Throughout the program, you will have access to me via email and text to help answer any questions you have. I will also be sending you many resources to support and enhance each of the conversations we have.

What the outcomes are:

  1. Provide you with a personalized blueprint to transform your health and longevity.

  2. Give you a clear vision and steps for success on your pathway to greater health.

  3. Increase awareness of the current roadblocks and give you the tools to effectively work through these barriers.

  4. Determine your best dietary approach as you move towards greater health.

  5. Utilize the “Wheel of Life” Lifestyle Assessment tool to create balance in all areas of your life.

  6. Focus on the five key areas that nourish you and determine the areas that need the most attention during the 90-day period.

  7. Give you a new relationship to your body, food and wellness, as your physical body begins to shift towards more efficient function.

platinum wellness coaching

What it is: Twelve, 45-minute coaching sessions throughout the program. You will receive the guidance, coaching and support from me during the six months to ensure success. Throughout the program, you will have access to me via email and text to help answer any questions you have. I will also be sending you many resources to support and enhance each of the conversations we have.

What to expect: This program will help you transform your vision of your wellness into a sustainable lifestyle utilizing healthy, long-term habits. Together we will examine areas of your life that are positively contributing to your wellness journey, as well as areas that you’d like to cultivate or experience more fully. We’ll work toward finding balance and begin to incorporate regular stress-reduction tools and practices into your life. You’ll have the opportunity to explore new foods and expand your dietary options to enhance your health. This program includes a full pantry walk-through and clean-out (either virtually or in-person), as well as access to food samples and recipes.

What the outcomes are:

  1. Provide you with a personalized blueprint to transform your health and longevity.

  2. Give you a clear vision and steps for success on your pathway to greater health using the VITAL Steps™.

  3. Allow you to identify the biggest stressors in your life and receive the tools and support to reduce stress.

  4. Increase awareness of the current roadblocks and give you the tools to effectively work through these barriers.

  5. Introduce you to the Elimination Provocation dietary plan and help determine your best dietary approach as you move towards greater health.

  6. Utilize the “Wheel of Life” Lifestyle Assessment tool to create balance in all areas of your life.

  7. Focus on the seven key areas that nourish you and determine the areas that need the most attention during the six-month period.

  8. Give you a new relationship to your body, food and wellness as your physical body begins to shift towards more efficient function.
